Apparently we missed the recently passed amendment that says that nothing should ever change. Farms should get the same money for crops, banks should never be allowed to go bankrupt an the retirement age should never be raised.

Where is it written that people in the prime of life should be entitled to a life of leisure at someone else’s expense, simply because in times gone by people of a similar age were old and decrepit?
