No matter how you slice it, Bush was a terrible &#8220;conservative&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Read the whole thing.<\/p>\n<p>In other news, more is coming out about the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/wp-dyn\/content\/article\/2009\/08\/12\/AR2009081203306.html\">tension<\/a> between Bush and Cheney during their term in the White House.  While I&#8217;m sympathetic to Bush, he was still &#8220;the Decider&#8221;.  He could have stood up to Cheney a lot earlier and more effectively than he did.
