Of course, our cops are, informally, trying to get the same thing here.<\/p>\n<p>Walter Williams takes the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.townhall.com\/columnists\/WalterEWilliams\/2007\/03\/07\/regrets_for_slavery\">starch<\/a> out of VA&#8217;s apology for slavery.  I always love it when people apologize for things that happened 150 years ago.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m sort of in the middle on the whole <a href=\"http:\/\/www.townhall.com\/columnists\/JohnStossel\/2007\/03\/07\/terror_porn\">climate of fear<\/a> thing. Yes, I agree that the threat of terrorism is overstated and the War on Terror is quickly becoming nothing but a pork barrell. But there is a very real threat.
