Really?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>TMQ is on a tear this week about <a href=\"http:\/\/sports.espn.go.com\/espn\/page2\/story?page=easterbrook\/100921_tuesday_morning_quarterback&#038;sportCat=nfl#movie\">movie depictions<\/a> of bank robberies, specifically the new hit <em>The Town<\/em>. Typical bank robberies don&#8217;t even involved weapons, apparently.<\/p>\n<p>TMQ is right, but here is my question: who robs a bank, anyway?  Bank robbing is <i>so<\/i> 1930&#8217;s.  Banks don&#8217;t have any money &#8212; as we just found out with the bailout &#8212; except for exploding dye tablets.  If you really want to make money as a crook, get involved with high finance or government.<\/p>\n<p>But then again, that rarely involves shoot-outs.<\/p>\n<p><b>Update<\/b>: More <a href=\"http:\/\/tech.mit.edu\/V130\/N37\/bankrobberies.html\">here<\/a>. Affleck says they interviewed real bank robbers to make the story more realistic.
