Now we&#8217;re doing it with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.justicepolicy.org\/reports_jl\/03-21-07_consequences\/press_consequences_032107.html\">minors<\/a>.  Wonderful.<\/p>\n<p>On another note, the poor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.slate.com\/id\/2161309\/\">have more free time<\/a> than the rich.  Slate asks why?  Um, isn&#8217;t it obvious?  It&#8217;s the public choice theory.  People are willing to trade income for leisure time (I myself being a prime example).
