I hate to say this, but John Howard is full of shit. America has problems with its aboriginal populace as well (for those of you from the University of Florida, that means Indians). But banning alcohol and porn is curing the symptom, not the disease. The diease is having their land stolen, their culture destroyed and their people oppressed.
